Getting started is simple:

- Choose Your Plan: Select how often you'd like to receive letters (1, 2, or 4 times per month).
- Receive Your Letters: We craft and mail personalized letters directly to your mailbox, complete with return envelopes.
- Write Back (Optional): Continue the conversation at your own pace, or simply enjoy receiving letters.
Not at all! While you'll need to sign up online, everything after that is simple and traditional. You'll receive physical letters in your mailbox, and you can respond by handwriting your replies using the included return envelope. No technology required for the actual correspondence.
Yes! LumoLetters makes a wonderful gift for parents, grandparents, friends, or anyone who would enjoy receiving personalized letters. During sign-up, you can specify that the subscription is a gift and provide the recipient's mailing address and interests.

AI helps us discover interesting topics and content tailored to your interests, but every letter is carefully reviewed, refined, and personalized by our team to ensure it's heartfelt, engaging, and genuinely meaningful. Think of it as technology-assisted, human-delivered connection.
Absolutely! You can update your topic preferences anytime from your dashboard. We can also create custom-themed letters for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or seasonal celebrations. Just let us know in your profile or contact us.
Not at all! There's no pressure to respond. You can simply enjoy receiving letters, or write back whenever inspiration strikes. Each letter includes conversation prompts and a return envelope to make replying easy if you choose to. The more you share, the more personalized your letters become.

We offer three flexible subscription plans:
- Basic Connection: $35/month - 1 personalized letter per month
- Premium Connection: $59/month - 2 personalized letters per month (Most Popular)
- Deluxe Connection: $119/month - 4 personalized letters per month, plus a yearly keepsake book

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
Our keepsake book (included with the Deluxe plan or available as an add-on) is a beautifully bound collection of all your letter exchanges from the year. It includes both the letters you received and any responses you sent, creating a lasting memento of your correspondence journey. It's printed on high-quality paper and makes a treasured keepsake.
Delivery & Logistics
After completing your profile and selecting your topics, your first letter is typically mailed within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most letters arrive within 3-7 days after mailing. You'll receive tracking notifications in your dashboard.
Currently, LumoLetters is available to addresses within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future. Contact us to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
You can update your mailing address anytime from your account settings. Please update your address at least 7 days before your next scheduled letter to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
